Payment is by bank transfer, verified by a person. There is no online checkout, and nobody from SINA will ever ask you for card details.
The fee is shown on the course page. If it is not, the amount has not been published yet — ask admissions before paying anything.
Register with the email you want your course access tied to. Registering is free and does not unlock anything on its own.
Pay by bank transfer to the account shown on this page. Use your own name as the reference so the payment can be matched to you.

A member of the admissions team checks the payment by hand and unlocks the course on your account. This is usually done the same working day.
The course appears under My Courses as soon as it is unlocked. You will not need to send anything else.

No. Vendor exams — Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, PMI, PECB — are booked and paid directly with the vendor or its test-centre partner. The course fee covers training only, and every course page says so.
Ask admissions before you pay. Where an instalment plan is agreed, each payment is recorded against your account, and access is unlocked according to what was agreed.
Access is unlocked manually, so it will not happen automatically on payment. Send your confirmation over WhatsApp if you have not already, and it will be dealt with.
