Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the Synergy Institute of Networks & Automation website. They are not the terms of a training contract — those are agreed separately at enrolment.

Course information

Course outlines, durations, contact hours, delivery modes and curricula on this site describe our programmes as they are currently planned. Content is reviewed against the awarding bodies’ published exam blueprints, and those blueprints change from time to time. We may update a syllabus to keep it aligned with the current version of an exam.

Fees, intakes and enrolment

This website does not publish fees or intake dates. Both are confirmed directly by the admissions team and are only binding once set out in writing at enrolment. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide training at a particular price or on a particular date.

Certifications and examinations

SINA delivers training. Certifications are awarded by the relevant body — Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, ISC2, ISACA, PMI, PECB, Oracle, MikroTik, EC-Council and others named on individual course pages — after you sit and pass their examination.

Examination fees are paid to the awarding body or its testing partner and are not included in course fees unless we state otherwise in writing.
Completing a course at SINA does not guarantee that you will pass the examination.
Eligibility requirements set by an awarding body — such as PMI’s documented project experience requirement — are the candidate’s responsibility and cannot be waived by us.

Employment outcomes

Career routes described on course pages indicate the roles a programme is designed to prepare you for. They are not a promise of employment, a salary, or placement.

Trade marks

Product names, exam codes and certification marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners. They are used to describe the training we deliver and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement by those owners unless we state a partnership explicitly.

Acceptable use

You may browse, print and share pages from this site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy course materials, curricula or page content for use in a competing training offering.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here. Confirm anything that matters with the admissions team before acting on it.
