This policy explains what Synergy Institute of Networks & Automation does with personal information you give us through this website. It describes the site as it currently operates.
We collect information only when you choose to send it. Creating a student account asks for your full name, email address, phone number and a password. Once an admin has verified a bank transfer from you, we keep a record of that verification — the amount, the date, and a reference — against your account.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, card numbers, identity document numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website. Payment is by bank transfer, and confirmation is sent to us over WhatsApp — a service run by Meta, not by this website — where its own privacy policy applies.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script on any page. Nothing on the site follows you across other websites.
If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before that happens and a cookie notice will be presented where one is required.
Account details are used to sign you in and to control which courses you can access. Payment verification records are used to decide whether to unlock a course and to keep a financial record of having done so. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Account details are kept for as long as your account exists. Payment verification records are financial history and are not deleted, even if you ask — we keep them for as long as we are required to for accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete an account with no such record attached, we will.

Certification exams are booked directly with the awarding body — Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, PMI, PECB and others — or with their testing partners such as Pearson VUE. When you register with them, their own privacy policies apply to that relationship, not ours.
